ABOUT
Doll’s House was an installation first conceptualised and produced for "Project Unité", an exhibition initiated and curated by Yves Aupetitallot at the Unité d'Habitation Le Corbusier in Firminy 1993 (for more information please go to Project Unité)
In the exhibition "to expose, to show, to demonstrate,to inform, to offer" at mumok one doll's house was displayed together with traditional dolls from various countries and documentation material about Project Unité, including a slide-show documentation on i-pad.
The doll's house equates - scaled-down - the floorplan of a 2-(children)bedroom at the Unité. All its elements are removable and stored in the kit-box, which is serves also as the foundation of the doll's house.
