THE SILENT SPEAKER

A display cabinet & table

This work has been produced in context of the solo-exhibition "The Silent Speaker - Part II: The Costume", TSSK, Trondheim / Norway, 2015.

The frame is convertable to a table and displays information, material samples of "the costume", such as buttons, material textiles, photos.

The photos show a selection of patterns of garments each representing a letter of "The Silent Speaker" according to the finger-alphabet

developed by Valerie Sutton.
